Create a stack configuration revision
PATCH/api/v1/orgs/{orgId}/stack-configs/{stackConfigId}
Overview: Updates an existing container stack configuration by creating a new revision.
• Active deployments: Existing deployments will NOT be affected by the update.
• Partial update: Only fields with non-null values will be updated. Fields that are not included or explicitly set to null will be ignored.
