GET/api/v1/orgs/{orgId}/stack-configs/{stackConfigId}/revisions/{stackRevisionId}
Overview: Retrieves a specific container stack configuration revision by its stackRevisionId.
• Exact match: Filters by orgId, stackConfigId, and stackRevisionId to locate the exact revision
• Returns 404 if no revision matches all three identifiers
