Delete a device
DELETE/api/v1/devices/{deviceId}
Permanently delete device by given deviceId.
A WedaNode must already be Deactivated before deletion. A Custom Device (deviceId is a UUID) is hard-deleted from any status, and its MQTT/NATS credentials are revoked. Because this route carries no orgId, the Custom Device must already have been created or read at least once through the organization-scoped API.
