WEDA Core v1.2.1

A maintenance release with bug fixes for WEDA Core v1.2.0. Two changes affect API behavior; review them before updating integrations.

Behavior Changes

Module	Details
Data Stream	Latest-value queries now return the most recent value received within the past 25 hours by default, instead of 60 minutes. A stream that reports once a day now returns its latest value.
Data Analyzer	Deleting an Analyzer now returns 202 Accepted instead of 204 No Content. If your integration checks for 204 after a delete, also accept 202.

This release also includes other bug fixes.
