Run a container stack command

POST 
/api/v1/devices/{deviceId}/docker/stacks/commands:{action}

Overview: Requests a command to be executed on a device.

• Valid actions: start, stop, resume, restart, and pause

• Real-time relay: Sends the command and waits up to 30 seconds for WEDA to confirm that the command was accepted for delivery

• Command logging: Every attempt is recorded, whether it succeeded or failed. A failed attempt is logged with status 1 and an error object carrying the failure code and message
