List notification channel types

GET 
/api/v1/orgs/{orgId}/notifications/channels/registry-info/types

Retrieve all available channel types and their status. The list can include types that cannot be used to create a channel in this version. Create a notification channel accepts only email, teams, linemessage and webhook.
