List stack deployments in an organization
GET/api/v1/orgs/{orgId}/stack-configs/deployments
Overview: Retrieves paginated list of the active stack deployments of the organization in the route.
• Organization scope: Returns deployments of the organization's stack configurations, across all its devices and stacks. Deployments of other organizations are never listed, even when the filters name their devices or stacks
• Active only: Excludes deleted or inactive deployments
• MaxResultCount: Maximum 1000 records per page
• Sorting support: Supports sorting by CreationTime, with descending order by CreationTime as the default.

Bad Request. Also returned when sorting has an invalid direction (use asc or desc).
Forbidden. The caller has no access to the organization.
